WELCOME to the Car-toon Board ! .. We thought there was a void on the other boards and a nitch in the hobby to share their work in the Cartoon world. This is a place to reach out to all the toon heads who want to share abilities albeit tips on building, painting, organizational and other commonalities . We are geared towards having fun through fellowship, humor, and constructive critisism when called upon. To my knowledge we are the first 100% cartoon base site to appear. The Rules ; Because of precious bandwidth all photo attachments need to be as close to 300 KB as possible .. Posting larger file sizes may warrant deletion without warning. This is not a personal attack on anyone only a necessary step to keep the bandwidth open for all members!!
We encourage building posts through our Car-toon Work in Progess & "Finished" Car-toon model links. We are strictly a CAR-TOON MODELING SITE ONLY!! Diecast , paper, cardboard, plastic or any other material known to man are acceptable as long as any Cartoon subject matter is kit bashed or in kit form ..if you enjoy SHOWROD type models there are other websites that will support you. Other websites Also support displaying of factory assembled toy-type models as well... Any other posts not fitting out theme will be promptly removed without notice if deemed non-topic. Our "For sale" link is for CAR-TOON modeling items and PARTICIPATING/CONTRIBUTING members only. We are not interested in supporting the sales of non-participanting individuals. Our door is ALWAYS open so if you have a question or are unsure of a post feel free to ask or make recommendations..Any topic considered to be threatening, belligerent, or a personal attack on another will not be tolerated and will result in account deletion baring them for life. Any model entered in any of the CAR-TOON website contests must be an original, NEW build or restored builder and not seen posted on another site. Any CONTEST ENTRY found to be "bought as is" whether from an individual or website and NOT displayed in our Work in Progress links during any contest will be disqualified and not be eligible for any prizes.
