Just got a grail ,but it has a couple of issues - one of the nerf bars is broken off and missing , so I could really use either the front or rear assembly . Even a broken one would do- I can graft one of the bars onto mine. I'm also looking for the spike for the roof . Will buy or trade

I have a mint rear nerf/exhaust piece going in the mail to Don tomorrow.  It was a random part that showed up with something unrelated that I won on eBay. Glad it can go to a good home. ALSO, I do have a good roof spike that I'd be willing to lend out for casting as long as I get it back. Under a magnifying glass the tip looks a little rough on one side, like a sprue attachment that tore a bit, but I don't believe the tip is actually broken off. It comes to a pretty small point and the part can't have been TOO sharp. Chuck, if you want to cast some, let me know and get me your mailing address. Brian |

And that is why sites like this are cool and vital to our hobby - If it wasn't for the help that we all give each other here, many kits would end up in the junk box . In my case for instance , my Thunder bug had broken and missing parts . Without this site, it would have remained either an incomplete build or remain in the box until my estate sale . The parts I needed came from the Midwest , California and Florida - and me in Connecticut ! I would never have located the parts I needed without the guys on this site.
