Had a fair amount of time this past weekend to work on the glitter bug...pretty much finished except for  a base. once i make a base i'll take a few more photos.






 
I can't decide if i like it better with or without the windshield... i used BMF on the windshield ,wasn't to sure if i could keep my hand steady enough to paint the frame.










details the engine a bit, used model master buffing paint on the pipes. i really like these buffing paints i have most of them now



 made a  little flag for the antenna

Thank gents, I really appreciate the feedback and kind comments.... working on the base this weekend... Basically the little glitter bug will be speeding up a hill, front wheels slightly off the ground, back wheels kicking up some sand,... I'm having trouble with the kicking up sand part.... how do i do it?.. Any help with this would be greatly appreciate...

spent the last couple of days making a base... used a piece of cobble stone from our fire pit... the heat from a fire cracked on ....i stashed it away ..i'm such a pack rat..
