Looking for "Ghost of the Red Baron" part

Hi Guys

        I know it's a needle in a haystack but I'm looking for a part from the 'Ghost of the Red Baron" kit.
        I've included two pictures of the instruction sheet. If you look at Step 7 the part I'm looking for
        is part #4 called the Bobble Bone. In Step 8 you can see it positioned attached to the base. It's
        the support piece for the rubber band. Hopefully somebody out there has one. PM me with any info.
        I also listed it over on Showrods.
