The first thing I noticed on the chassis is that the copyright on one side say 1970 and on the other side 1971...

Great choice ! I built one box stock last year and it goes together with no problems at all . And I agree the instructions are fun , I love the artwork !

TooOld, good to know, so I can build it quickly! Here what I noticed on the front suspension-axle. If I put it like the instructions say, it will have the axle backward, I mean close to the door. But If I turn the suspension-axle, I think it will looks more realistic.

I turned the springs around too . . . just made sense to me to have the tire centered .

With driver, and in a wheelie probably can make sense to glue them like in the instructions. Some more progress. I guess the plant where they made it. It's a sticker!

I'm liking what I'm seeing Briz .. Never thought about turning the springs around (smacking myself on the forehead) Thank you! After turning the spring I did a little bent on the spring, so it will keep the front part of the car higher than the back. The body is painted, sorry no picture. I follow the box art, so it is green! Also had time to finish the tires. Front ones. Rear tires. The body will be painted the same color of the rear tires.

I really like the choice of color on the body... and I am tempted to ask what the name of the paint and is it testors? Its getting to look great... for a short period of time. Ride on, buddy!
