Now that I've put some other issues aside, I thought it was time to jump in here I was faced with the same dilemma as Chuck... What to build that I wasn't planning on bashing? Then I remembered I had one of these I was gonna build stock, anyway: Keeping it legal: Too bad that white sprue wasn't chromed as well. The window piece is gonna need some polishing: The Pup probably won't end up red, tho.

I can't remember the last time that an instruction sheet was used as an instruction sheet. On this build it was used for parts...

With this being a combined model and electric motor powered toy I needed to make some changes .. first to go were the corner bumpers which house little wheels... I predir the chassis after removing to check ride height and sure enough it's jacked up like a 4 wheel drive .. lol.. so a chassis modification was in order to bring it a little close to earth and get a sportier stance.. lastly the solid cast windshield had to go .. after removing mold lines there's room for a lot of detail on the body and I felt the windscreen took away .. Quite a complex little chassis unfortunately there's nothing shy of a battery access door on the undercarriage Oh boy !! I've got 2 interior pieces !

I've got this same little kit and always thought that the body actually looked pretty cool even though the chassis is kinda odd . I really like how cutting out the windshield has changed the whole look ! I'm really likin' this so far !

I think I was thinking too much on what to build... Since the time is ticking, I went with this Snoopy bugatti kit... The plan is to build it straight out of the box, also because build it inside the box there is no space...

Oh boy !! I've got 2 interior pieces ! Don't worry, just follow the instructions carefully, and always remember to test fit for before gluing, just to be sure of placement!

Turning the kit antenna into my grand pops bamboo surf fishing rod. The handle is from dechromed sprue. Super glued three layers of instructions together and punched out pieces for rod eyes with small sharpened tubing. Made a GO FISH sign from instructions and I dont like it. I tape small things down to coasters so they can be moved around easily. I just happen to have pretty many craft beer coasters...
