I’ve used some epoxy sculpty in the little oval containers (its 3 Am coundly sleep and I’m not in my modeling area). Definitely going to try the Magic Sculpt brand .. thanks guys for the info ! 👍

I have only worked with the Magic Sculpt (thanks Wardster) a little bit but, so far I like it. From what I see the Aves and Magic are pretty similar. Both can be smoothed with a little water. To mix the small amounts that I've been usin' I'm wearin' a couple finger cots squishin' and foldin' it between the thumb and forefinger. The Magic Sculpt is not as tacky as the Aves. The Aves when mixed needs to rest a few minutes 'cause it's too tacky to work with as soon as its mixed.

While I'm lookin' for the correct paint for the Rockford car I made a TV. Pulled the picture off of the internet slapped on some dry transfer letters for the tittle and TV station.

Mike a good friend of mine has "Wheels in Motion Body Shop" and uses PPG water based paints. Colin one of his guys mixed me up a couple ounces of the closest thing we found to Rockford's color. I made the paint booth but didn't get it ducted to the outside yet. New airbrush, compressor,a 90% finished paint booth and paint that has no smell equals me not bein' able to wait any longer. On a test body Testor's Wet Look Clear lacquer worked better than Tamiya clear but, I'm goin' to check with Mike and Colin on what to clear with. I like this water based stuff a lot so far...Cheers,Smokey
