Okay, so, I cut off those fenders for nothing, 'cause... true to form, I've changed my mind and going with different body:
Got a little paint on ol' Quasi, but he's not finished:
Still a couple of pieces of this build I haven't figured out yet, but soldiering on...

Got some more pieces put together.
First up, some wheels.
Rear tires and wooden hubs from Huey's Hut. I switched front and back hubs so that I could add some meat to the front set. Some drybrushing.
Huey's ride also supplied the basics for the frame. The pipes are from a Silly Surfers Woodie. Used some alcohol inks to do a little stained glass on the windows. The inks, when used like this, are usually fairly transparent, but I put an overspray of silver on the back to make them translucent, since there's nothing to see in there.
Here's how it sits, along with a monster motor. Pen bits for the pipes.
Movin on...

Using the hubs from Huey's looks great and fits in with the whole Hunchback theme ! First I've heard of Alcohol Inks . Did a quick search and they look like something I need to try , thanks for the tip !

Hokay, here's some of the pics I held back for the "What the?..." effect.
This is the kit I used for the back of the Quasimodofied:
I used the bell tower and the two larger stained glass windows to build the add-on.
BTW, the kit comes with stained glass inserts, and behind that cheap looking double-door sticker is a nicely detailed set of doors. I tossed the sticker and painted them up.
The skulls are metal beads from the craft bin. Lotsa drybrushing
Here's how it looked after I cut up the orange car and fitted it on. You also see Quazi's original hands, which I replaced with a set in a grip pose from an action figure that was similar in size.
Wasn't quite sitting well with me. I should have planned the car cuts to wrap the roof lines down the side of the tower. So I played around with a couple of kits and I liked the way the body of this Lindberg Tall T fit right into the opening of the bell tower.
The action figure's head (the Freak, from McFarlane's Spawn line) became the gargoyle in the grill:

Easy to see why you swapped bodies , the Tall T really fits the cathedral perfectly !
