Heres Wade A Minute . Like my other Weird O's , I was going for that 1960s build look so he is painted in some bright colors. Why is he holding a skateboard and pointing at a Hotwheel ? who knows , he is a weirdo !

Weird Os' Daddy , again, going for the 1960s look. I scattered the valves and gears underneath to look like he just blew his engine racing for home !

these are really kool Chuck i must ask, how did you go about the flame and tiresmoke on frankie's 55? i'm still contemplating how to do this for the knarftoon.

Thanks.. I figured if I were painting Frankie in "flesh tones" he just as well enjoy his senior years and be a white hair !I really dig the white hair!

Airbrush was used with the typical "flame" colors to paint (yellow-red-blue) the resin molded header flames.. light colors first then work towards the tips ... the tire smoke was simple.. when the tires were cast clay balls were attached to the tires to create a plume of smoke.. Some airbrush shading of ultra light grey paint then "skull white" and presto !... tire smoke !
