Gluing The Ridge!I started by gluing the first Strip along the Straight section on one side. After it dried I started bending the Strip to match the curve. Next I added Zap-A-Gap Glue a little at a time and held the Strip down each time until it dried. Then I would glue a little more, hold it down and then do a little more... Next, I glued down the second Strip the same as the first Strip. After the glue dried I Test Fit the Bubble Top. I had to correct a couple spots by breaking the glue bond with an X-Acto knife. I worked the X-Acto Blade under the Strip and pried it up. Then I repositioned the section and glued it back down. More Coming...

Red and Silver!I finished sanding the Body so I gave it one last coat of Primer. Then I sprayed the whole Body with Testors Diamond Dust. Then I turned it over and sprayed the Bottom with Tamiya Mica Red. Here is the Top Side featuring the Diamond Dust without the Mica Red. Kind of looks like it's floating above the table... A quick Mock Up of the Engines in place! More Coming...

Big Heat Sink!I found this part in the MPC Star Wars Snow Speeder. I am going to use it as a Heat Sink to help dissipate the Heat from the Six Engines. It will be mounted between the two top Engines. I had to cut a little off each end to fit the Vette. I used strips of plastic to fill the gaps on the sides. More Coming...
