I am liking Suicide Sam. Suggest solder for the crank for the pedals............. Cheers Eh! Good call on the solder !! I spent last evening smoothing up the transition areas from his arms to torso.. Also block sanding the 17" long custom surfboard adding putty where needed to smooth her out on both sides.. It won't be long before I start slinging paint ... B)

I managed to fill in some voids between the shoulders and torso... Also block sanded the surfboard smooth on both sides... Oh.. By the way that's not a credit card in the picture but an expired HOG membership card . Lol.. I use them for spreading bondo..

HAH ! You're not the only one that uses old credit cards to spread Bondo ! I've been using them for years , and I save all of those junk card offers (AARP, Health cards , etc. . .) I get in the mail . I cut them up into smaller sizes and shapes to match what I'm working on !

I get in the mail . I cut them up into smaller sizes and shapes to match what I'm working on ! great minds think alike Bob !! the little rubber squeegee in the photo was left over from installing a screen cover on a smart phone.. it flexes really nice and matches the contour of most shapes when applying putty .. plus you just flex it a little and wipe it on a rag and you're ready to roll again!

im in the process of choosing colors for Sam and what I want on the surfboard once painted... Not sure if I'll make the 2 week deadline but I'm putting my best foot forward .. No sense in rushing at this point.. Have another adult beverage Suicide Sam !!!
