I cut up old file folders to use for patterns before wasting a lot of plastic . This time it's actually the file folder , sprayed with some clear and then some Hillbilly Chrome !  no kidding??? looks like metal!!!! have to ask what is hillbilly chrome? That's what we used to call it when somebody painted their bumpers with chrome/silver spray paint !  |
