A couple of cuts with a razor saw , a little filing and it's time to add some rake to the top .   Instead of CA glue I used regular model cement for some added strength . Time for a break while the glue dries .   |

Before going any further I thought I'd tackle the front wheels . I found a pair in my parts box that are a close fit but they're way too deep .  A few seconds of sanding takes off the required amount . I'm going to replace the lip around the rim (arrow).  I also opened the center of the tire so the wheels fit in further .  I used some square strip to add the lip around the rims , it's not quite as small as I'd like so if I can find some smaller strip I'll redo them . Also added a lip to the rear wheels .  |
