Hi,
my name is Aaron Olmsted and I was a model builder in my younger days and loved it but got away from it to do other things. I have always been a collector of 1:1 Cars and love fast Hot Rods! I have a huge Scooby Doo Collection that spans years of collecting and I own a huge amount of Lego that I build custom Creations from! I have won several shows in Lego Buildings but I am getting tired of Lego Corporate and the games they play so I want to go back to the Hobby that makes me relax and have fun and that is Model building!
I am working on several Model kits right now and hope to have some interesting stuff posted and can’t wait to get some advice from such amazing builders like what I have seen on this site! I need to get my model stash back up so I have some parts and pieces to work with but should not take me too long. I love to scratch build and creativity is my passion!
Thanks for providing this wonderful Forum and for all the creative mind blowing work that helps to get my creative juices flowing!

I live in Texas so even during the winter we have humid free days I can get out and paint. |

( folds my arms, thinking youre lucky) I live in close by washington dc area... we get cold days here and I cant even paint anything...  glad you join our club and look forward to see your work... yet you may post up since you got a warm weather out there and you can get many models done |

My name is Jim Johnson from Oak Grove, Minnesota. My story is the same as a lot of you guys, I'm 56
years old and have built models for most of life. I've got some 1:1 muscle cars that have taken up
a lot of my time recently but I plan on starting up again building models. I also used to co-own a
resin model car business called "The Good Stuff". I checked out this site after seeing a link on the
Showrods website and it looks like a cool place to hang out.
